Potato Salad with Dill

Ingredients

8 Potatoes

½ Cup vinegar

¾ Cup oil

1 Teaspoon salt

2 Teaspoons black pepper

2 Tablespoon dill

 

Directions

  1. In a large pot add:

Potatoes

Water

2. Over high heat bring to boil

3. Boil until potatoes are tender but still firm, about 20 minutes. Drain. Let potatoes cool.

4. Cut potatoes into medium –sizes cubes. In a large bowl add:

Cubed potatoes

Vinegar

Oil

Salt

Black Pepper

Dill

5. Mix well. Either serve right away or store in the fridge
