Zucchini Potato Casserole


2 Onions

2 Potatoes

2 Zucchini

1 Can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Salt and Pepper to taste

¼ cup Grated Cheese (or 4 cheese slices)


1.Preheat oven to 350F

2. Grease casserole dish with margarine

3.Peel and slice the following vegetables




4. In the casserole dish, place alternate layers of each vegetables

5. In a small bowl add:

Condensed cream of mushroom soup

Salt and pepper

6. Mix and spread over vegetables

7. Top with:

Grated cheese

8. Cover. Bake in preheated oven for 1.5 hours
